This whole-home remodel involved nearly every trade in the industry to see it through to completion. Flooring was replaced throughout, along with paint from top to bottom. The largest and most impactful change took place in the kitchen. Our team reinforced framing in order to open the wall separating the living area and kitchen, creating an open concept flow between the two spaces. With the added floor space, we were able to accommodate the client's desire for a large island, featuring a stunning waterfall edge quartz countertop. In the living room, the fireplace received a face lift, complete with a new fireplace facade and updates to the built-in cabinetry on either side. In total, the improvements made to this home resulted in a cohesive, modern dynamic which breathed a whole new life into this 1980s residence.
